Article 1 (Members)

1. "Member" refers to an individual who applies for membership in accordance with the procedures established by our company and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Article 3 (Amendments)

Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)

Article 12 (Governing Law, Jurisdiction)

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the district court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
